When something goes wrong with the computer, students should either fix it or know how to find troubleshooting strategies for fixing it.

- Use the 4 relevant senses to detect a problem
- Collaborate with others
- Perform at least 2 basic troubleshooting strategies when they cannot connect to the server
- Demonstrate how to moved a misplaced file back into their student folder
Instructional Strategies
- What do I see? (ex. the screen is black, but there is a flashing light on the monitor/tower)
- What do I smell? (ex. smoke = problem with hardware, immediately unplug)
- What do I hear? (ex. the program keeps beeping like it is stuck in one spot)
- What do I feel? (ex. the cpu is super hot)
