Music Standard 1.1 - Level K
Sing or play music, with appropriate technique, in rhythm, in tempo, and on pitch.
Standard in Kid Friendly Language
Use singing voices and singing posture or hold instruments correctly; match pitch, use body percussion to show the beat and rhythm.
Standard Unwrapped
KNOW Know the difference between beat and rhythm; singing, speaking, calling (shouting), and whispering voices; fast and slow tempo; short and long sounds; high and low sounds; how to play percussion and pitched instruments correctly.
ABLE TO DO Use body percussion and instruments to show beat and/or rhythm correctly, play instruments correctly; idenitify the different voices, fast/slow tempos, short/long and higher/lower sounds.
