Math Standard 1.1a - Level 3

Identify whether a given number is odd or even.

Standard in Kid Friendly Language

The student will review skip-counting and identify odd and even numbers.

Standard Unwrapped

KNOW

The student discriminate odd and even numbers.

Even numbers=any number with 0, 2, 4, 6, or 8 in the ones digit.

Odd numbers=any number with 1, 3, 5, 7, or 9 in the ones digit.

ABLE TO DO

The student will be able to identify and define a number as odd or even by looking at the digit in the ones place.
