Students will interact in, through, and with spoken and written English for classroom expression and enjoyment. They will describe what read, being able to participate in activities surrounding the content readings.

Students will use learning strategies and will listen to others speak, imitating how they use English to achieve academically in the content area.

Students will use English to interact in the classroom, following oral and written directions, expressing likes, dislikes, and needs.

Students will also begin to formulate questions and start asking questions.Students will observe classroom happenings and will begin to imitate these.
