Essential Skills for Level K

-identifying visual images, themes, and ideas for works of art

-selecting and using visual images, themes, ad ideas to communicate meaning

-comparing the use of visual images and ideas

-identifying colors, textures, forms, shapes and subjects in the enviroment

-create artworks, using a variety of colors, textures, forms and shapes

-using materials, tools, techniques, and processes to make works of art

First Quarter:

Student will be able to:

• identifying colors, textures, forms, shapes and subjects in the enviroment VStandard 1.1

• selecting and using visual images, themes, ad ideas to communicate meaning VStandard 1.2

Second Quarter:

Student will be able to:

• selecting and using visual images, themes, ad ideas to communicate meaning VStandard 1.2

• identifying visual images, themes, and ideas for works of art VStandard 1.1

• identifying colors, textures, forms, shapes and subjects in the enviroment VStandard 2.2

Third Quarter:

Student will be able to:

Fourth Quarter:
