Art III Essential Skills for Level 8

Students will be able to:

Learn how professional artists communicate to a viewer by researching and typing a written assessment of the information in a formal paper. Students will know art vocabulary and use it appropriately. Art Standard 1
Develop their sensory perceptions by utilizing a variety of materials that include clay, linoleum block printing, and acrylic paint. Art Standard 2
Students will continue to develop a variety of skills: drawing, painting, sculpting, and ceramics.
Present well crafted projects. Art Standard 3
Students by using the classroom resources, school library, and the internet, will develop a design for their next project. Art Standard 4
